职业教育赋能建筑业绿色转型发展研究——以智能建造为例

建筑业是住房城乡建设行业的两大支柱性产业之一,对于推动经济社会发展、保障人民美好生活,具有重要作用,当前正处于工业化、数字化、智能化、绿色化转型升级阶段。智能建造是促进建筑业绿色转型、赋能住房城乡建设行业高质量发展的重要手段。基于国家战略、行业发展需求,分析职业教育培养智能建造技术技能人才的重要意义,从提高智能建造人才供给匹配度和培养质量两个方面提出系列举措,以解决职业教育赋能建筑业绿色化转型的现实困境,进一步推动住房城乡建设行业高素质技术技能人才培养,助力实现建设世界建造强国目标。
Research on Empowering the Green Transformation and Development of the Construction Industry with Vocational Education——Taking Intelligent Construction as An Example
The construction industry is one of the two pillar industries of the housing and urban-rural construction industry,which plays an important role in promoting economic and social development and en-suring a better life for the people.Currently,it is in the stage of industrialization,digitization,intelligence,and green transformation and upgrading.Intelligent construction is an important means to promote the green transformation of the construction industry and empower the high-quality development of the housing and urban-rural construction industry.Based on national strategy and industry development needs,this article analyzes the significance of vocational education in cultivating intelligent construction technology and skilled talents.A series of measures are proposed from two aspects:improving the matching degree of intelli-gent construction talent supply and the quality of training,in order to solve the practical dilemma of voca-tional education empowering the green transformation of the construction industry,further promoting the cul-tivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents in the housing and urban-rural construction industry,and helping to achieve the goal of building a world-class construction power.
