新质生产力发展背景下职业教育产教融合多元办学模型及路径研究——以公路交通领域为例

摘要
以新质生产力发展为代表的新交通行业,将以新一轮的技术革命推动生产力跃迁和全要素生产率提升.培育新质生产力,核心要打造新型的高素质劳动者队伍.在人才需求变革分析的基础上提出公路交通领域产教融合多元办学的现实困境.以新质生产力为引擎,开创性地将"价值共创"理论引入高职产教融合多元办学,通过梳理"价值共创"理论在多元办学中的演进路径,构建了多元办学双层网络模型,并从新技术应用、建立共享数据库、优化机制建设三方面探索提升多元办学双层网络模型的应用价值与实施途径.
Abstract
The new transportation industry,represented by the development of new quality productive forces,will drive productivity leap and total factor productivity improvement through a new round of techno-logical revolution.To cultivate new quality productive forces,the core is to build a new type of high-quality workforce.Based on the analysis of talent demand transformation,the practical dilemma of integrating in-dustry and education into diversified education in the field of highway transportation is proposed.Taking the new quality productive forces as the engine,we have innovatively introduced the theory of"value co cre-ation"into the integration of industry and education in diversified education in higher vocational education.By sorting out the evolution path of the theory of"value co creation"in diversified education,we have con-structed a dual layer network model for diversified education,and explored ways to enhance the application value and implementation of the dual layer network model for diversified education from three aspects:new technology application,establishment of shared databases,and optimization mechanism construction.
