新时代我国高职教育数字化教材出版的策略研究

开发出版数字化教材,对于推动高职教育的数字化和智慧化进程、展现教育数字化建设的技术优势和提升职业教育的人才培养质量具有重要的现实意义。在数字化教材的开发和建设过程中,存在教材开发缺乏创新、建设标准发展滞后、配套设施不够完整和市场监管不够规范等问题,导致数字化教材的开发、建设、出版过程发展缓慢。为了解决这些问题,需要教材建设相关主体多方密切合作,有效整合各类教育资源,进一步丰富教材内容,合理规划教材结构,科学确立教材建设标准,切实加强人才培养,全力推进研发创新,逐步完善平台设备,扎实推进机制建设,着力规范出版治理,稳步推进高职教育数字化教材出版建设朝着专业化、标准化和规范化方向发展。
Strategic Research on Digital Teaching Material Publishing for Higher Vocational Education in China in the New Era
The development and publication of digital teaching materials has important practical sig-nificance for promoting the digitalization and intelligence process of higher vocational education,demon-strating the technical advantages of digital education construction,and improving the quality of talent train-ing in vocational education.In the development and construction process of digital teaching materials,there are problems such as lack of innovation in teaching material development,lagging development of construc-tion standards,incomplete supporting facilities,and insufficient market supervision,which have led to the slow development,construction,and publishing process of digital teaching materials.In order to solve these problems,relevant parties in teaching material construction need to closely cooperate,effectively integrate various educational resources,further enrich teaching material content,rationally plan teaching material structure,scientifically establish teaching material construction standards,effectively strengthen talent culti-vation,fully promote research and development innovation,gradually improve the platform equipment,solid-ly promote mechanism construction,and strive to standardize publishing governance,to steadily promote the construction of digital teaching material publishing in higher vocational education towards specializa-tion,standardization,and normalization.
