基于学习者画像的在线学习支持服务研究

摘要
开放式教育环境下存在在线学习者学习成效低、流失率高等问题.以学习者画像在群体特征识别与分析上的应用为研究起点,从如何建立画像以及如何支持服务学习者进行剖析,探索基于学习者画像的在线学习支持服务策略.从知识水平、行为特征、兴趣特征三个维度构建学习者画像模型并开展标签化处理,以群体化、个性化作为设计思路,探究适合不同学习者群体的服务方式,同时为教育工作人员的教学设计提供服务实施依据.
Abstract
In an open education environment,there are problems such as low learning outcomes and high attrition rates among online learners.Taking the application of learner profile in the identification and analysis of group characteristics as the starting point for research,this study explores online learning sup-port service strategies based on learner profile by analyzing how to establish profiles and how to support learners.Construct a learner profile model from three dimensions:knowledge level,behavioral characteris-tics,and interest characteristics,and carry out tagging processing.Taking groupization and personalization as design ideas,this study explores service methods suitable for different learner groups,and at the same time provides service implementation basis for educational staff teaching design.
