Development of Professional Talent Training Program for Modular Teaching Reform:Current Situation,Main Problems and Solutions
Modular teaching reform is the continuous direction of vocational education-related poli-cies in recent years,and it is also the need for schools to improve the quality of education and teaching.Modular teaching is not only a curriculum concept,but also a teaching concept.It is a systematic project that affects the whole.The ideal solution is to design from the professional talent training plan.Based on the perspective of modular teaching reform,this paper comprehensively analyzes the main issues faced in the development process of professional talent training programs,such as the concept,development path,mod-ule construction,implementation guarantee,and quality evaluation,in the current context of industrial struc-ture transformation,professional green transformation,skill based society construction,implementation of national standard system,and digital transformation of education.This paper also proposes relevant strate-gies such as compliance with standards,systematic research,analysis of module functions,deepening the in-tegration of industry and education,and reconstructing the digital intelligence evaluation system.
