摘要
行业产教融合共同体本质上是一个跨区域的创新生态系统,作为促进教育、科技和人才一体化发展的新型产教融合型组织,其在助推新质生产力涌现中发挥重要作用.从新质生产力的"新""质"和"生产力"三要素出发,可将技术突破、要素创新和产业升级视为产教融合共同体赋能新质生产力涌现的前提条件、核心环节和现实表征.从实现策略上看,企业主导创新、场景驱动应用、知识协同治理和资源高效配置是产教融合共同体赋能新质生产力涌现的主要路径,它们分别构成了产教融合共同体赋能新质生产力涌现的基本理念、主要范式、关键机制和根本保障.
Abstract
The industry-education integration community is essentially a cross-regional innovation ecosystem,which plays a vital role in boosting the emergence of new quality productive forces as a new orga-nization type that promotes the integrated development of education,technology,and talent.Starting from the three elements of"new","quality",and"productivity"of new quality productive forces,technological breakthroughs,factor innovation,and industrial upgrading can be regarded as the prerequisite,core link,and practical representation for the industry-education integration community empowering the emergence of new quality productive forces.From the perspective of the implementation strategy,enterprise-led inno-vation,scenario-driven application,knowledge collaborative governance,and efficient resource allocation are the main paths for the emergence of new quality productive forces empowered by the industry-education integration community,which constitute the basic concepts,main paradigms,key mechanisms,and funda-mental guarantees for the emergence of new quality productive forces empowered by the industry-education integration community respectively.
