摘要
产教融合是职业教育的本质特征,也是现代职业教育体系建设的重点.在产教融合校企"双主体"协同育人的模式下,通过赋予产业链条参与职业教育的正向激励,可以促进产教研资源的汇聚,形成支撑行业发展的产教融合命运共同体.以广东、天津、上海、浙江、山东等五省市实施的产教融合激励政策为研究对象,通过探索产教融合激励机制的优化与创新,推动产教融合深入发展,实现产教融合良性循环.
Abstract
The integration between industry and education is the essential feature of vocational educa-tion and the focus of the construction of a modern vocational education system.Under the mode of school-enterprise"double subject"collaborative education of the integration between industry and education,by giving a positive incentive to the industrial chain to participate in vocational education,it can promote the convergence of production,teaching,and research resources,and form a community of destiny for the inte-gration of industry and education to support the development of the industry.Taking the incentive policies of the integration between industry and education,implemented in five provinces and cities such as Guang-dong,Tianjin,Shanghai,Zhejiang,and Shandong as the research object,this paper explores the optimiza-tion and innovation of the incentive mechanism of the integration between industry and education,promotes the in-depth development of the integration between industry and education,and realizes the virtuous cycle of the integration between industry and education.
