适应智能化生产方式变革的新型技能人才培养:挑战与应对

数字经济时代,土地、劳动力、资本和数据成为主要生产要素,智能制造、柔性生产成为一种新型生产方式,智能化生产需要更多"高度复合、协同创新"的技术技能人才,现代企业需要更多应用型、复合型、创新型人才。职业教育正面临着岗位人才数量、结构和素能三大变化,面临着服务智能化生产的专业教师队伍能力水平不适应、匹配智能化生产的课程教材及优质资源不充分、对接智能化生产的综合技能实训基地建设不到位等诸多挑战。需要采取积极应对策略:产业规划引领,完善智能制造人才培养体系;专业规划牵引,构建智能制造专产对接新格局;打造"专业特区",创新智造人才培养模式;探寻技能形成规律,实施新型技能培养重点工程。
The Cultivation of New Skilled Talents to Adapt to the Change of Intelligent Production Mode:Challenges and Countermeasures
In the era of the digital economy,land,labor,capital,and data have become the main fac-tors of production.Intelligent manufacturing and flexible production have become a new mode of produc-tion.Intelligent production requires more"highly compound and collaborative innovation"technical and skilled talents.Modern enterprises need more applied,compound,and innovative talents.Vocational educa-tion is facing three major changes in the number,structure,and quality of post talents,and the ability level of professional teachers who serve intelligent production is not adapted;the courses,textbooks,and high-quality resources that match intelligent production are not sufficient;docking intelligent production of com-prehensive skills training base construction is not in place and many other challenges.It is necessary to adopt active coping strategies:industrial planning guidance,improving the training system of intelligent manufacturing talents;professional planning traction,building a new pattern of intelligent manufacturing specialty docking;creating a"professional special zone"and innovating the training mode of intelligent tal-ents;explore the law of skill formation and implement key projects for new skill training.
