The Era Necessity,Actual Dilemma and Expected Direction of the Development of New Quality Productive Forces Driven by the Integration of Industry and Education in Vocational Education
As a new quality state that reflects the new development concept and high-quality develop-ment requirements, and is derived from the qualitative transition of traditional productivity, new quality pro-ductivity is a revolutionary force that shapes the new momentum and new advantages of economic and social development. The new quality productive forces, driven by the deep transformation and upgrading of the in-dustry,the scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation as the new engine, and the new skilled workers as the ballast,is inseparable from the strong support of the integration of industry and education in vocational education.Objectively,it is required to speed up the elimination of the"two skins"of the integration of industry and education, and promote the organic connection of talent training, technological innovation and industrial incubation. However, the development of new quality productive forces driven by the integration of industry and education in vocational education still faces some practical problems, such as the construction effect of industry and education integration enterprises is not significant, the construction of industry and education integration community is still blocked, and the integration level of science and education in vocational education needs to be improved. Therefore,we should improve the long-term mechanism for the construction of industry education integration enterprises, build the coopera-tion framework of industry education integration community, and expand the depth and breadth of the inte-gration of science and education in vocational education,so as to realize the organic connection of education chain, talent chain, industrial chain and innovation chain, and provide strong support for accelerating the formation and development of new productivity.
