新质生产力焦点在于产业面向，要义在于科技创新，关键在于人才支撑。形成新质生产力就是产业、教育、科技多方力量协同发展的过程，也是其对应的产业链、科技链、人才链深度融合的过程。产科教赋能新质生产力，亟待解决职业院校专业与产业匹配度不高、校企科研互惠能力不足、产教融合实体化运行存在"堵点"、新型产业领域高技能人才"供需错位"等现实难题。通过匹配专业链与产业链布局，加强校企互惠能力，创新产科教融合制度，有助于实现人才精准对接，技能高度适配，产科教深度协同，从而突破全生产要素创新性配置，助力传统生产力跃迁至新质阶段。
The Integration of Production-Scientific Research-Education Empowers New Quality Productive Forces:Coupling Mechanism,Realistic Challenges and Practical Dimensions
The focus of new quality productive forces lies in industry orientation,the essence lies in scientific and technological innovation,and the key lies in talent support.The formation of new quality pro-ductive forces is the process of coordinated development of industry,education and science and technology,and also the process of deep integration of its corresponding industrial chain,science and technology chain and talent chain.Production-scientific research-education empowers new quality productive forces,and it is urgent to solve the practical problems such as the low degree of matching between specialty and industry in vocational colleges,the lack of mutual benefit between school and enterprise scientific research,the"blocking point"in the materialized operation of the integration of industry and education,and the"disloca-tion of supply and demand"of high skilled talents in the field of new industry.By matching the layout of the professional chain and the industrial chain,strengthening the mutual benefit ability between schools and en-terprises,and innovating the integration system of production-scientific research-education,it will help to achieve the precise docking of talents,high adaptation of skills,and in-depth collaboration of obstetric edu-cation,so as to break through the innovative allocation of all production factors,and help the traditional pro-ductivity transition to the new stage.
