The Practical Exploration of Regional Integrated Talents Cultivation in Secondary and Higher Vocational Education
The integrated talents cultivation in secondary and higher vocational education has pro-found policy development foundation and value implication.In the process of reform and practice,there are many integrated talents cultivation modes with regional characteristics.The integrated talents cultivation in Sichuan Province is guided by the policy system from the high-order and closely related to the needs of re-gional industrial development.It has formed the main form of segmented integrated system and supplement-ed by five-year consistent system,showing the main characteristics of pilot implementation,city and prefec-ture as the responsibility,college as the subject and dynamic adjustment.In the exploration of regional prac-tice,Chengdu has coordinated the"3+N"collectivized school running of vocational education between ur-ban and rural area,led by higher vocational colleges whcib leading in the first,second and third industries,carried out the overall trusteeship and professional leading work,and opened up the green channel for the connection of secondary vocational,higher vocational and undergraduate education in the whole city.In view of the reform results and problems of the integrated talents cultivation in secondary and higher voca-tional education,it is suggested to establish the concept of integrated education in secondary and higher vo-cational education,clarify the planning layout of the integration of secondary and higher vocational educa-tion in the province,and establish a systematic"development-application-evaluation"mechanism to funda-mentally realize the promotion of regional integration.
