Research on Long Schooling Talents Cultivation of Vocational Education:Mechanism Innovation,Innovative Practices and Action Strategies——Taking Guangdong Province as an Example
Implementing long schooling talents cultivation of vocational education is not only an im-portant measure to perfect the multi-channel growth and promote diversified talent development,but also an essential requirement for cultivating high-quality workers to support the development of new quality pro-ductive forces.In the process of transitioning from integrated to long schooling talents cultivation in Guang-dong Province,there have been not only institutional reforms and innovations,but also practical and down-to-earth efforts at the operational level.Based on the various forms of integrated talents cultivation reforms carried out between secondary vocational education,higher vocational education,and undergraduate educa-tion in Guangdong Province since the"14th Five-Year Plan",through the empirical analysis and summary of relevant issues,it is recommended to adapt to the key new industries in the region and build an efficient main channel for long schooling talents cultivation at the level of connection channels;explore new models of cross-educational stage professional clusters and establish a vertical community for long schooling tal-ents cultivation at the level of connection carriers;organize integrated brand projects and create a win-win"Five Golden"solution at the level of connection connotations.
