The Goal Positioning,Risks and Avoidance of Professional Certification in Higher Vocational Education in China
Vocational professional certification is an important development trend in the field of voca-tional education evaluation in China,playing a crucial role in improving the quality of talent cultivation and enhancing the level of professional education.Based on the pilot experience of some provinces and vocation-al schools,the development goal of vocational professional certification in China should be to guide voca-tional education to return to the track of"education oriented",promote precise matching of supply and de-mand in the professional talent market,and provide action guidance for vocational education stakeholders.Due to the influence of the singularity of professional certification subjects,the solidification of certification content,and the grading of certification results,there are risks in vocational professional certification,such as difficulty in balancing the development logic of different majors,restricting the development of profes-sional characteristics,and increasing the tendency towards professional"standardization"construction.In the future,it is necessary to optimize the structure of certification subjects and build a block-based certifi-cation system with the participation of multiple subjects;Expand the scope of certification and innovate the content of vocational professional certification;Establish the concept of value-added certification and inno-vate the application mechanism of certification results.
