The Cultivation Value,Characteristics and Realization Path of High-Skilled Talents in National Strategic Talents
Focusing on the high-skilled talents of the seven national strategic talents proposed by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper systematically interprets the strategic significance of the implementation of the high-skilled talents,and analyzes the nine characteristics of the high-skilled talents,such as cumulativity,inheritance,practicalness,innovativeness,progressiveness,com-pound,pinpoint accuracy,leading and irreplaceability.This paper puts forward three cultivating modes---enterprise cultivation,school-enterprise cooperation cultivation and vocational school cultivation,and points out five specific implementation paths,namely,enterprise cultivation,mechanics college cultivation,the connection of secondary vocational college and higher vocational college cultivation,vocational college cultivation and continuing education cultivation,so as to better strengthen the construction of high-skilled talents and accelerate the construction of skill-oriented society and country's modernization.
