Research on the Optimal Path of the Cultivation of High-Skilled Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Guidance of Core Literacy
Core literacy is the essential character and key ability for the high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of career development,lifelong development and social development.Core literacy is not only an important symbol of the cultivation of high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,but also the cornerstone and guarantee for the high-skilled talents to meet future development in higher vocational colleges.Under the guidance of core literacy,there are some problems in the cultivation of high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,such as weak policy guidance,underemphasize on core literacy,inflexible curriculum system,insufficient integration of core literacy,inadequate teaching ability,constrained cultivation of core literacy,rigid evaluation system and lack of evaluation of core literacy.There-fore,it is necessary to strengthen the policy guidance of the cultivation of core literacy for high-skilled tal-ents,reconstruct the modular curriculum system of"dual core"of the skills and literacy,effectively improve teacher's ability for the cultivation of the core literacy and establish a core literacy-oriented multiple evalu-ation system.
