What Are the Characteristics of the Chief Editor of Excellent Textbooks for Vocational Education——Based on the Content Analysis of the Resume of the First National Chief Editor of the Excellent Textbooks
The author of textbooks is an important subject of textbook construction,among which the chief editor plays a dominant and leading role,and excellent textbooks cannot be separated from the effect of the chief editor.By collecting the resumes of 133 chief editors of 80 textbooks who won the first national excellent textbooks special prize and first prize in vocational education and continuing education,the author divides the attributes with the help of screening hypothesis theory and analyzes their identity signals,so as to obtains the main characteristics of the chief editors of award-winning textbooks.In view of the conclu-sions,some suggestions are put forward:first,deepen the integration of production and education,and inten-sify the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the compilation of textbooks,and give full play to the agglomeration effect of the compilation of textbooks of the double colleges and universities;Second,give full play to the endogenous role of regions with higher overall level of vocational education in the construc-tion of textbooks;Third,lead the construction of textbooks with the spirit of educators,and improve the knowledge and literacy of the subject of compiling textbooks,in order to strive to be a great master in the new era.
