The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a three-in-one de-ployment of education,science and technology,and talent,and the third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China further clarified the promotion of the integrated reform of the sys-tem and mechanism of education,science and technology,and talent.The deployment and requirements of the Party Central Committee have profoundly pointed out the internal links between education,science and technology,and talent,which pointed out the direction for educational reform in the new era.To comprehen-sively promote the integrated reform of the system and mechanism of education,science and technology,and talent,we must jump out of the perspective of traditional education reform,orienting to the whole people and society to strengthen the construction of a learning society and a learning country and make vocational educa-tion reform contribute more to serving the lifelong learning and development of the whole people and promot-ing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.To this end,this journal focuses on the construction of a learning society,inviting experts and scholars to provide insights and suggestions from different aspects such as theoretical basis,adjustment and response,and reform suggestions,to provide references for the study and implementation of the spirit of the third Plenary Session in the field of vocational education.
