产教融合型企业深度参与职业教育办学何以可能——基于多重制度逻辑理论的分析

产教融合型企业深度参与职业教育办学是由多元主体在各自的场域中围绕共同的目标而展开的集体行动实践,遵循多重制度逻辑。当前产教融合型企业深度参与职业教育办学面临困境,主要原因在于三重制度逻辑之间的相互割裂和与产教融合型企业深度参与职业教育办学目标的脱嵌,从而出现行为冲突、利益冲突和价值冲突。推动产教融合型企业深度参与职业教育办学,需要以政府、企业、学校为抓手,通过加强顶层引导"力"、强化企业获得"利"、巩固职校发展"理"来弥合三重制度关联秩序,使其嵌入产教融合型企业深度参与职业教育办学的目标之中。
How Is It Possible for Industry-Education Integration Enterprises to Deeply Participate in Vocational Education School Running——an Analysis Based on the Theory of Multiple Institutional Logic
The deep participation of industry-education integration enterprises in vocational educa-tion school running is a collective action practice carried out by multiple subjects in their respective fields around common goals and follows multiple institutional logic.At present,the deep participation of industry-education integration enterprises in vocational education school running is in plight.The main cause lies in the detachment between the isolated triple institutional logic and the school-running goal of the deep partic-ipation of industry-education integration enterprises in vocational education,which results in behavioral,in-terest,and value conflict.To promote the deep participation of industry-education integration enterprises in vocational education school running,it is necessary to take the government,enterprises,and schools as the starting point,to bridge the triple system correlation order by strengthening the top-level guidance"force",maintaining the"benefit"of enterprises,and consolidating the"principle"of vocational school develop-ment,so that it can be embedded in the goal of the deep participation of industry-education integration en-terprises in vocational education school running.
