In December 2023,the Ministry of Education issued"the Quality Standards for Party Building and Ideological and Political Work of Teachers in Ordinary Colleges and Universities(Trial)",which provides guidance for the ideological and political work of teachers in higher vocational colleges and is conducive to shaping scientific values,student outlook and talent outlook for teachers.The spirit of educa-tors and the ideological and political work of teachers complement each other,and integrating the spirit of educators into the ideological and political work of teachers in higher vocational colleges is conducive to comprehensively improving the construction level of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational col-leges,training a large number of"skilled craftsmen"and"craftsmen of the nation",and better serving the construction of a great modern socialist country.
