职业教育数字化转型发展的内涵特征、结构要素与实践方略

职业教育数字化转型是职业教育基于数字技术增强适应性、推进现代化发展的过程,包含以技术迭代改变职业教育发展动力结构,以秩序生成适应、支撑和引领职业教育现代化,以范式转变重塑职业教育生态的内涵特征。由此,职业教育数字化转型在技术与设施、管理与服务、理念与愿景三个维度,分别形成了关键场景重建化、数据资源增值化、适应变革敏捷化的结构要素。为推进职业教育数字化转型,应当深化职业教育与数字样态的重塑,推进职业教育与公共服务均等化的同步,促进职业教育与数字经济发展的协同,加快职业教育与技能强国战略的融合,保障职业教育与数字技术的平衡。
The Connotation Characteristics,Structural Elements and Practical Strategies of Digital transformation Development of Vocational Education
The Digital transformation of vocational education is a process of vocational education pro-moting modern development based on adaptability enhanced by digital technology,which includes changing the dynamic structure of vocational education development with technology iteration,adapting,supporting,and leading vocational education modernization with order generation,and reshaping the connotation char-acteristics of vocational education ecology with paradigm transformation.Therefore,in the three dimensions of technology and facilities,management and service,and concept and vision,the digital transformation of vocational education has formed the structural elements of the reconstruction of key scenarios,the incre-ment of data resources value,and the agile adaptation to change.To promote the digital transformation of vo-cational education,we should deepen the reshaping of vocational education and digital patterns,promote the synchronization of vocational education and the equalization of public services,the synergy between vo-cational education and the development of the digital economy,accelerate the integration of vocational edu-cation and the strategy of strengthening the country with skills,and ensure the balance between vocational education and digital technology.
