职业院校数据治理:关键议题、转型逻辑与治理路径

数据治理是数字时代职业教育高质量发展的重要举措。教育数据的多源异构、采集能力不足、应用能力不强以及数据互通能力欠缺等关键议题,是职业院校数据治理的现实障碍与内在动因。建议遵循整体性、协同性、调适性和人本性的转型逻辑以克服职业院校数据治理过程中的"碎片化""管理主义"的偏颇性、"过度分权"的低效率以及过度"数据化"等弊端。采取完善基础设施、重构数据标准、提升数字素养、重视数据伦理等举措来提升职业院校数据治理的整体效能。
Vocational Colleges Data Governance:Key Issues,Transformation Logic,and Governance Paths
Data governance is an important measure to support the high-quality development of voca-tional education in the digital age.The practical obstacles and internal driving forces of data governance in vocational colleges are the heterogeneity of data sources,insufficient data collection capabilities,weak ap-plication capabilities,and lack of data interoperability.It is suggested to follow the principles of wholeness,synergy,adaptability,and humanism to overcome the"fragmentation"in the process of data governance in vocational colleges,the bias of"managerialism",the inefficiency of"excessive decentralization",and the drawbacks of excessive"datamation".We recommend measures such as improving infrastructure,restruc-turing data standards,enhancing digital literacy,and emphasizing data ethics to enhance the overall effec-tiveness of data governance in vocational colleges.
