Multi-Dimensional Inspection of The Improvement of Teachers'Digital Literacy in Higher Vocational Colleges:Value,Reflection and Approach
Education digitization is the core content of the construction strategy of digital China,and teachers'digital literacy is a principal guarantee for education digitization.Improving the digital literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges is a new requirement in the digital era,which is also a requisite condi-tion to adapt to the learning characteristics of contemporary students and promote the professional develop-ment of teachers,which is conducive to enhancing the teaching affinity,improving the teaching quality and promoting the modernization of higher vocational education.Currently,teachers in higher vocational colleg-es face many problems in digital literacy,such as uneven digital literacy,insufficient school training,weak software and hardware environment of digital teaching,and lack of assessment and guarantee mechanisms.Therefore,the importance of digital literacy and promoting it in teaching practice should be fully recognized by teachers,and schools should improve the software and hardware conditions of digital teaching and strengthen professional training,assessment,and evaluation of teachers'digital literacy.
