The Mode,Dilemma,and Optimization of International Cooperative Development of Vocational Colleges——Based on the Analysis Framework of Actor-Network Theory
The internationalization of vocational colleges is of great significance to cultivating interna-tional talents,improving regional economic levels,and enhancing the global influence of China's vocational education.However,due to multiple factors,the international development of vocational colleges is not ide-al.Based on the actor-network theory,this paper analyzes the internationalization practice mode of vocation-al colleges,and the development dilemmas were found as follows:unclear role responsibilities of actors,de-flected goal of translation,insufficient recruitment force,and not deep enough cooperation.The optimization path is proposed from four aspects:activating multiple subjects by clarifying the actors'roles,strengthening interest consensus and integration by demand-oriented,expanding the benefits of the internationalization network of vocational colleges,and constructing a diversified coordination mechanism of internationalization of vocational colleges.
