新质生产力视域下高职技术创新服务平台建设的逻辑机理与实践路径

促进新质生产力发展是我国科教创新的重要使命。建设技术创新服务平台是高职院校作为高等教育内在属性的根本要求,也是高职院校专业学科发展的重要抓手。技术创新服务平台集知识生产、成果转化及人才培养等多重功能于一体,对推动新质生产力发展具有深远影响。为有效推进高职院校技术创新服务平台建设工作,构建技术创新服务平台应注意遵循五重逻辑:即生成促动、组织运行、目标行动、联动共赢及动态调试。建议遵循以下行动路径:一是政策引导,院校主导;二是择优而建,聚合资源;三是应用取向,瞄准方向;四是多元联动,共谋共赢;五是创新制度,增强活力。
The Logical Mechanism and Practical Path of Technical Innovation Service Platform Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces
Promoting the development of new quality productive forces is an important mission of Chi-na's science and education innovation.The construction of technology innovation service platform is the fun-damental requirement of higher vocational colleges as the inherent attribute of higher education,and is also an important starting point for the development of professional disciplines in higher vocational colleges.Technology innovation service platform integrates multiple functions such as knowledge production,achievement transformation and talents cultivation,which has a profound impact on promoting the develop-ment of new quality productive forces.In order to effectively promote the construction of technical innova-tion service platform in higher vocational colleges,the construction of technical innovation service platform should pay attention to follow the five-fold logic:generation and promotion,organization and operation,tar-get action,linkage and win-win and dynamic debugging.It is suggested to follow the following action paths:firstly,policy guidance and college leadership;the second is to build on the best,aggregate resources;the third is application orientation and aiming direction;fourth,multiple linkage and win-win cooperation;fifth,innovate the system and enhance vitality.
