建立在现代科学发展基础之上的现代教育,是连通现代科学与现代生产活动的中介因素,是实现现代科学和人的现代化相互促进的中介力量。作为现代教育重要组成部分的劳动教育需要克服"在学校中被弱化,在家庭中被软化,在社会中被淡化"等场域误识变成普遍公众错觉的困扰,让学生在劳动教育中体验创造的快乐和放松的快乐,并激发德智体美各种知识特别是对科学文化知识的追求。劳动教育需要有效探入多元劳动场域来揭示现代劳动的教育价值,通过项目化劳动更客观地理解、更真实地体验劳动并有意识地运用科学文化知识,有效提升学习想象力、劳动创造性和生活务实性等品质;通过日常生活劳动以养成劳动习惯,通过隐性劳动资源的开发利用涵养劳动文化,并帮助学生把所学知识与真实生活建立起有意义的联系;以此连通劳动场域与教育场域,实现现代科学技术与教育和劳动的融通,并涵养热爱劳动、崇尚劳动、热爱劳动人民和劳动产品的劳动文化,促进学生德智体美劳全面发展并养成理论联系实际的良好习惯。
The Field Entry and Path of Labor Education
Modern education,based on the development of modern science,is an intermediary factor that connects modern science with modern production activities,and an intermediary force that promotes the mutual promotion of modern science and human modernization.As an important component of modern education,labor education needs to overcome the problem of being weakened in schools,softened in fami-lies,and diluted in society,which has become a common public misconception.It allows students to experi-ence the joy of creation and relaxation in labor education,and inspires the pursuit of various knowledge,es-pecially scientific and cultural knowledge,in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,and aesthetics.Labor education needs to effectively explore diverse labor fields to reveal the educational value of modern labor.Through project-based labor,we can objectively understand and truly experience labor,consciously apply scientific and cultural knowledge,and effectively enhance the qualities of learning imagination,labor cre-ativity,and practical life;Developing work habits through daily life labor,cultivating labor culture through the development and utilization of implicit labor resources,and helping students establish meaningful con-nections between learned knowledge and real life;By connecting the labor field with the education field,we can achieve the integration of modern science and technology with education and labor,and cultivate a la-bor culture that loves labor,advocates labor,and loves working people and labor products.This will promote the comprehensive development of students'morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,and cultivate good habits of integrating theory with practice.
