高等职业教育数字化转型:价值意蕴、现实挑战及实践路径

高等职业院校积极利用数字技术赋能教育数字化转型,不断推动教育内容从"教材主导"转向"技术支撑",促进教育场景从"满堂灌输"转向"沉浸体验",推进教育方法从"单调刻板"转向"自由开放",促使教育模式从"产教融合"转向"数产教融合",以便更好地落实立德树人根本任务。高等职业教育数字化转型存在关键核心技术局限、师资力量短缺且数字化能力不足、信息安全难以得到保障、师生数字素养有待进一步提升等现实挑战。需要从破解数字技术局限、增强院校师资力量、重视网络信息安全和强化师生数字素养等层面,优化数字技术赋能高等职业教育数字化转型路径,推进教育模式改革,构建职业教育数字化转型良好生态。
Digital Transformation of Higher Vocational Education:Value Implication,Realistic Challenge and Practical Path
Higher vocational colleges actively use digital technology to empower the digital transfor-mation of education,constantly promote the transformation of educational content from"textbook-led"to"technical support"promote the transformation of educational scenes from"cramming"to"immersive experi-ence"promote the transformation of educational methods from"monotonous and rigid"to"free and open"and promote the transformation of educational models from"integration between industry and education"to"integration of digit,indutry and education"so as to better implement the fundamental task of moral educa-tion.There are some practical challenges in the digital transformation of higher vocational education,such as the limitations of key core technologies,the shortage of teachers and the lack of digital ability,the diffi-culty in ensuring information security,and the need to further improve the digital literacy of teachers and students.it is necessary to optimize the digital technology-enabled digital transformation path of higher vo-cational education,promote the reform of education mode,and build a good ecology for the digital transfor-mation of vocational education from the aspects of cracking the limitations of digital technology,enhancing the faculty of colleges and universities,attaching importance to network information security and strengthen-ing the digital literacy of teachers and students.
