Research on the Influencing Factors of Digital Transformation of Internal Governance in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of WSR System Methodology
The further development of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and in-dustrial transformation,the digital transformation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges has become the need of the times.At present,the internal governance of higher vocational colleges is affected by many factors.It has a far-reaching significance to explore the influencing factors of the digital transfor-mation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges and put forward targeted development counter-measures to stimulate the vitality of higher vocational colleges and improve the efficiency of education man-agement.Based on the WSR system methodology,392 valid samples were collected,and the structural equa-tion model was used for empirical analysis to explore the influencing factors of the digital transformation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges.The conclusions are as follows:Based on the perspective of physical dimension,the development and application of digital intelligence technology positively affect the digital transformation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges.Based on the perspective of affair dimension,optimizing the top-level design and consolidating the base of digital intelligence have a positive impact on the digital transformation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges.Based on the perspective of human dimension,paying attention to the needs of teachers and students positively af-fects the digital transformation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges.
