The Connotation and Practical Direction of the"Integrated System"Construction Mechanism of Vocational Education Professional Teaching Resource Library
The teaching resource library is an innovative practice of vocational education using digital technology to leverage the reform of teaching in vocational colleges.During the special project period,the builders outlined the"integrated system"resource library construction mechanism at the concept value lay-er,action guarantee layer,and learning orientation layer.This mechanism has the characteristics of integrity of the organizational form,systematic and professional nature of the platform positioning,and occupational nature of the resource content.In the new stage,under the hierarchical relationship between regional and national resource libraries,the resource libraries have the dual attributes of educational reform and educa-tional governance.The"integrated system"has different practical guidance and inspirations for the main re-sponsibilities,construction paths,construction contents,and governance systems of the two attributes.Multi-ple subjects have clear rights and responsibilities.According to the characteristics of quasi-public products and Internet products,it has become an important trend to jointly participate in the construction and man-agement of resource libraries.
