以产定教:成果导向的职业教育教学改革路径探究

成果导向教育(OBE)是一种重视学习者实际成果、强调技能与能力培养的教育理念或教育改革模型,其在本质上与职业教育有诸多契合之处。产教融合是我国职业教育基本的办学模式,在国家战略与市场需求的指导下,可以将职业教育中的成果导向理念进一步情境化为"以产定教"。为实现这一目标,需要明确"产""教"之间的关联,以专业建设为核心力量,动态调整课程结构与教学要素,多维度的成果评价等。成果导向作为一个已被广泛接受和认可的教育理念,能够在全球教育界引发共鸣,有助于把握当前中国职业教育改革发展特点,并找到与各国教育发展对话的共同空间。
Education Based on Industry:Research on the Path of Outcome-Based Vocational Education Teaching Reform
Outcomes-based education(OBE)is an educational concept or reform model that values learners'actual outcomes and emphasizes the development of skills and abilities.Essentially,it has many similarities with vocational education.The integration of industry and education is the basic mode of voca-tional education in China.Under the guidance of national strategy and market demand,the outcome-based concept in vocational education can be further contextualized into"education based on industry".To achieve this goal,it is necessary to clarify the relationship between"industry"and"education",take profes-sional construction as the core strength,dynamically adjust the curriculum structure and teaching elements,and conduct multidimensional achievement evaluation.As a widely accepted and recognized educational concept,outcome-base can resonate in the global education community,help grasp the current characteris-tics of China's vocational education reform and development,and find a common space for dialogue with other countries in educational development.
