职业教育课程思政的现状、问题与建议——以课程思政集体备课活动为例

随着课程思政进入高质量发展阶段,对职业教育课程思政建设的要求已经从数量增长发展到量质齐升。目前在职业教育课程思政建设方面,仍然存在教学设计和教学方式落后、支持和保障力度不够、课程思政资源不足等问题,制约课程思政高质量发展。以教育部牵头组织的职业教育课程思政集体备课活动为例,通过总结课程思政建设中的典型措施,提出提升教师课程思政综合教学能力,加强对学校课程思政的组织、支持和保障,推进优质课程思政资源建设与共享等建议。
The current situation,problems,and suggestions of ideological and political education curriculum in vocational education:taking the collective lesson preparation activity of ideological and political education in the curriculum as an example
With the high-quality development of ideological and political education in the curricu-lum,the requirements for the construction of ideological and political education curriculum in vocational ed-ucation have developed from quantitative growth to both quantity and quality improvement.At present,there are still problems in the construction of ideological and political education curriculum in vocational education,such as outdated teaching design and teaching methods,insufficient support and guarantee,and inadequate ideological and political resources in courses,which restrict the high-quality development of ideological and political education in courses.This article takes the collective lesson preparation activity in vocational education ideological and political education curriculum organized by the Ministry of Education as an example.By summarizing the typical measures in the construction of ideological and political educa-tion in the curriculum,this article proposes suggestions to enhance teachers'comprehensive teaching abili-ties in ideological and political courses,strengthen the organization,support,guarantee of school ideological and political curriculum,and promote the construction and sharing of high-quality ideological and political curriculum resources.
