Precision Training Courses for"Double-Qualified"Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges:Current Situation,Connotation,and Development Path
The connotation construction of"double-qualified"teacher training in higher vocational colleges is the key to the high-quality development of vocational education.The current"double-qualified"teacher training in higher vocational colleges has problems such as generalized course objectives,mis-matched supply and demand of course content,lack of course implementation subjects,and single course evaluation.Precision training is the reform direction of"double-qualified"teacher training in higher voca-tional colleges.Based on the survey results and theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the conceptual connotation and basic ideas of precision training for"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational col-leges,in order to provide reference for the innovation of higher vocational teacher training models in the new era.
