面向技能提升的职业教育评估路径探索——《PISA职业教育与培训(VET)评估和分析框架》要点与启示

随着职业教育在社会中日益占据举足轻重的地位,探索职业教育评估的有效性和公平性成为炙手可热的话题。2024年3月,OECD发布《PISA职业教育与培训(VET)评估和分析框架》,全面阐述项目的评估目的、指导原则、评估范围、目标人群以及背景调查问卷、系统级数据的应用与分析;选择五个职业领域为试点,聚焦具体职业;确定四项技能作为评估的核心就业技能。框架构建了全面且系统的职业教育评估体系,为我国职业教育技能评估提供借鉴启示。
Exploring the Vocational Education Assessment Path for Skills Improvement-Key Points and Inspirations of the"PISA Vocational Education and Training(VET)Assessment and Analytical Framework"
As vocational education increasingly occupies a pivotal position in society,exploring the ef-fectiveness and fairness of vocational education assessment has become a hot topic.In March 2024,the OECD released the"PISA Vocational Education and Training(VET)Assessment and Analytical Frame-work",which comprehensively elaborates on the project's evaluation purpose,guiding principles,evalua-tion scope,target population,and application and analysis of background questionnaires and system-level data;Five occupational fields were selected as pilots and focus on specific occupations;four skills were identified as core employment skills for assessment.The framework builds a comprehensive and systematic vocational education evaluation system and provides inspiration for the assessment of vocational education skills in China.
