Identity of Vocational Education Teachers under the Background of Digital Transformation of Education
The digital transformation of education provides important historical and strategic opportu-nities for the high-quality development of vocational education.In the digital transformation trend of voca-tional education,vocational education teachers are indispensable powerful practitioners and backbone forc-es.The identity issue behind them,especially the interactive adjustment and continuous construction be-tween the individuals,others,and the environment in the digital tide,is particularly important.Based on the new requirements of education digitalization for vocational education teachers,they encounter the dilemma of identity entrenchment,imbalance,and loss in the interactions of multiple relationships,including self-re-lationship,teacher-student relationship,and human-machine relationship,and suffer from constraints on self-cognition,the dissolution of subjectivity in teacher-student interactions,and alienation in human-ma-chine interactions.To"find a place for oneself and establish one's value,"vocational education teachers need to actively reconstruct their identity and reposition their role perception:by integrating digital con-cepts and project promotion,becoming the mission bearer of vocational education service functions;by uti-lizing integrated resources and school-enterprise cooperation,becoming an effective dominant in theoretical and practical teaching output;by implementing humanistic education and harmony between man and tech-nology,becoming a wise guide in the digital teaching environment.
