职业教育服务乡村文化振兴影响因素及内在机理研究

根据扎根理论对访谈获取的文本进行分析,确立职业教育服务乡村文化振兴的潜在影响因素,结合现有文献,构建职业教育服务乡村文化振兴影响因素结构方程模型并对其进行系统阐述。结果表明,职业教育服务乡村文化受到来自乡村层面的服务动因、政府层面的服务保障、职业院校层面的服务能力、社会层面的服务方式以及结果层面的服务效果五大因素影响。其中,服务动因正向影响服务能力及服务效果;服务能力正向影响服务效果,在服务动因及服务效果之间起中介作用;服务保障调节服务能力在服务动因和服务效果之间的中介作用,服务方式调节服务能力在服务动因和服务效果之间的中介作用。研究提出将乡村发展需求作为出发点、将职教服务能力作为发力点、将相关支持保障作为结合点、将最终服务实效作为落脚点的职业教育振兴乡村文化路径建议。
Research on the Influencing Factors and Internal Mechanism of Vocational Education Service Rural Cultural Revitalization
According to the grounded theory,the texts obtained from the interview are analyzed,and the potential influencing factors of vocational education serving rural culture revitalization are established.Combined with the existing literature,the structural equation model of the influencing factors of vocational education service rural culture revitalization is constructed and analyzed.The results show that the rural cul-ture of vocational education service rural culture revitalization is influenced by five factors:service motiva-tion at the rural level,service guarantee at the government level,serviceability at the vocational college lev-el,service mode at the social level,and service effect at the outcome level.Among them,service motivation positively affects serviceability and service effect;Serviceability positively influences service effect and plays a mediating role between service motivation and service effect.Service guarantee regulates the mediat-ing role of service ability between service motivation and service effect,and service mode regulates the me-diating role of serviceability between service motivation and service effect.The study puts forward sugges-tions on the path of revitalizing rural culture through vocational education,which takes rural development needs as the starting point,vocational education serviceability as the strength point,relevant support and guarantee as the combination point,and final service effectiveness as the landing point.
