新质生产力视域下职业本科教育"课证融通"意蕴解析与路径研究

科技创新加速赋能新兴产业跃迁,对技能人才"量"与"质"提出了新要求.构建高质量的"课证融通"体系,有利于推动职业本科人才培养改革,造就大批高素质复合型技能人才,助力新质生产力发展.但当前职业本科"课证融通"存在育人理念与社会需求脱节,课程标准与行业企业职业标准不完全匹配,课程内容先进性不足、全面性不够、实用性不强等问题.为此,需要聚焦高素质复合型技能人才培养这一核心问题,紧扣专业迭代升级,将新技术、新工艺、新规范等融入专业人才培养和课程教学中,催化推动教学改革,形成多方协同育人教育新生态,探索职业本科教育高质量内涵发展新路径.
Implication Analysis and Path Research of"Course-Certificate Integration"in Vocational Undergraduate Education From the Perspective of New Quality Productivity Forces
Technological innovation accelerates the transition of emerging industries,and puts for-ward new requirements for the"quantity"and"quality"of skilled talents.Building a high-quality"course-certificate integration"system is conducive to promoting the reform of vocational undergraduate talent train-ing,creating a large number of high-quality and multi-skilled professionals,and promoting new quality pro-ductivity development.However,at present,there are issues such as disconnection between the education concept and the needs of society,mismatching between the curriculum standards and the occupations of the industry and enterprises,and the course lacks advanced content,insufficient comprehensiveness,and weak practical applicability.To this end,the core issue that needs to be addressed is the cultivation of high-quali-ty and multi-skilled professionals.We should closely follow the evolution of professional fields and incorpo-rate new technologies,processes,and standards into the training of professionals and course teaching.This will catalyze the reform of the reform of teachers,teaching materials,and teaching methods,and create a new educational ecosystem for joint education.We should also explore new paths for high-quality and sus-tainable development of vocational undergraduate education.
