瑞典职业教育文化认同体系涵盖了技术文化、工业文化、环境氛围与社会观念四大基本要素,其中,以科学文化与创新文化为内涵要义的技术文化是瑞典职业教育文化认同的理念旨归;凸显"产教互动""工业理事会""行动者联盟"的工业文化组织特色创设了瑞典职业教育文化认同的内在秩序;融入民主化与商业化的社会环境以实现职业教育系统的"向善"发展构成职业教育文化认同的外在秩序;紧跟"批判资本主义价值观"与"伦理社会主义价值观"等主流社会观念的指引成为瑞典职业教育文化认同的价值进阶。我国职业教育要以文化认同为抓手,积极推进技能型社会构建、渲染职业教育工匠精神、营造职业教育发展稳固空间和夯实职业教育高质量发展。
The Analytical Framework and Practical Logic of Cultural Identity of Vocational Education in Sweden
The cultural identity system of Swedish vocational education covers four basic elements:technical culture,industrial culture,environmental atmosphere,and social concept.Among them,the tech-nical culture with the connotation of scientific culture and innovative culture is the concept of cultural iden-tity of Swedish vocational education.It highlights the characteristics of industrial culture organizations such as"interaction between industry and education","industrial council","actor alliance"and so on,which fol-lows the internal order of cultural identity of Swedish vocational education.Integrating into the social envi-ronment of democratization and commercialization to realize the"development towards goodness"of the vo-cational education system constitutes the external order of the cultural identity of vocational education;fol-lowing the guidance of mainstream social concepts such as"critical capitalist values"and"ethical socialist values",it has become the value advancement of Swedish vocational education cultural identity.China's vo-cational education should take cultural identity as the starting point,actively promote the construction of a skilled society,render the craftsman spirit of vocational education,create a solid space for the development of vocational education,and consolidate the high-quality development of vocational education.
