The integration of science and education is a new direction for promoting the reform of vo-cational education in the new era.From a macro-value dimension,empowering the high-quality develop-ment of vocational education through the integration of science and education can break through the closed nature of traditional educational fields,more openly and systematically integrate teaching and research,and achieve a dynamic balance.From a micro-value dimension,the integration of science and education can drive comprehensive and systematic transformations in vocational education,realizing the contextualization of the teaching process,the concretization of student growth,and the efficiency of teacher development.Based on value analysis,the practical path for empowering the high-quality development of vocational edu-cation through the integration of science and education is proposed:reshaping concepts to establish an ac-tion-oriented approach for the integration of science and education in vocational education;integrating mul-tiple chains to solidify the operational foundation of the integration of science and education in vocational education;governance empowerment to stimulate the dynamic elements of the integration of science and ed-ucation in vocational education;curriculum reconstruction to build a"symbiotic"curriculum system for in-dustry-academia-research collaboration;improving the quality of teachers to form an energy field for the in-tegration of science and education in vocational education;and organized scientific research to achieve the optimization and upgrading of the research field in vocational education.
