The Evolutionary Laws,Blockage Representations and Optimization Strategies for Collaborative Innovation in Vocational Education,Higher Education and Continuing Education
In the context of the new development pattern, coordinating the collaborative innovation of vocational education, higher education and continuing education is an inherent requirement for achieving high-quality development in the three types of education, and it is also an important opportunity to improve the modern education system. The collaborative innovation is a long-term systemic project that requires con-tinuous optimization of its practice model in accordance with changes in the social environment.By sorting through relevant policies, four evolutionary laws have been summarized, including the socialization of collab-orative goals, the diversification of collaborative subjects, the precision of collaborative space, and the system-atization of collaborative methods.Using functional conflict theory as a theoretical analysis tool,a systematic analysis is made of the value blockages, power blockages, resource blockages, and cultural blockages that ex-ist in the process of collaborative innovation.Strategies for promoting collaborative innovation are proposed, which are to adhere to talent cultivation as the goal, coordinate the improvement of the provincial education system by the government, institutionally regulate the allocation of regional resources, and integrate the con-cept of collaborative education through an educational community.
