The Risks and Paths of Learning Oriented Rural Construction under the Background of Educational Digitization——Based on the TOE Theory Analysis Framework
In the strategic action of education digitization,promoting the construction and develop-ment of learning oriented rural areas should closely focus on elements such as digital technology and data resources to drive the transformation of rural learning ecology and the improvement of the education system.Guided by the TOE theoretical framework,this study explores the establishment of an analytical framework for empowering learning oriented rural areas with educational digitization.Based on the three levels of"technological applicability""organizational readiness"and"environmental impact"the limitations of em-powering learning oriented rural areas with educational digitization are examined and analyzed.Based on risk assessment,there are practical concerns in the current practice of digital education empowering life-long learning in rural areas,such as the need to bridge the urban-rural digital divide,limited digital literacy of diverse subjects,and insufficient social support in rural areas.Digital education empowers learning ori-ented rural areas,focusing on the digital literacy of the main body and building a new educational mecha-nism for learning oriented rural areas;Strengthen policy guarantee measures and build a digital new order for learning oriented rural areas;Focusing on the ecological advantages of rural areas,we aim to build a new educational landscape for learning oriented rural areas,jointly promote the high-quality development of life-long learning and digital education in rural areas,and thus serve the modernization of rural development.
