The Practical Logic of Professional Ethics Education:An Action Study Based on Group Activities
The high-quality development of vocational education calls for high-quality technical and skilled talents, and the fundamental content of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents is the professional ethics centered on"respecting the profession and enjoying the group".Currently, vocational schools often use traditional indoctrination methods for vocational ethics education, but their effectiveness and attractiveness need to be improved.Group counseling activities have interactive, reflective, and practi-cal characteristics, which have important practical value and theoretical significance for the innovation and optimization of professional ethics education models.Based on social learning theory and learning engage-ment theory, group counseling activities in the field of psychology were introduced into professional ethics education.Through action research methods,16 students from a five-year vocational college were subjected to three rounds of teaching practice and optimization to explore the mechanism of group activities on the generation of students'professional ethics.Research has found that group activities can effectively promote the generation of students'professional ethics.Among them, individual initiative and reflection are the roots of professional ethics growth, social interaction in the collective environment is the foundation of profession-al ethics formation, and embodied practice combined with the profession is the driving force for the internal-ization of professional ethics.Schools should attach great importance to vocational ethics education for young people, taking into account both students'self-awareness and collective consciousness construction in vocational ethics education, balancing the fun and educational nature of activities, and achieving the em-bodied practice of vocational ethics education.
