职业启蒙教育的理论逻辑与实践进路

职业启蒙教育是一项综合系统工程。因长期受重智轻劳的社会环境、脱离实际的学校教育环境等外在因素和青少年自身的非生存化成长诉求、网络化学习生活习惯、多元化价值选择图景等内在因素影响,职业启蒙教育并未达到预期。走出职业启蒙教育困境,应遵循以职业情感教育为优先性逻辑、职业认知教育为基础性逻辑、职业实践教育为支撑性逻辑、职业审美教育为终极性逻辑的理论进路,科学系统推进。同时,在教育实践中,一方面应实施以教育内容为核心的分层性、学段化教育,另一方面应实施以职业本性、价值为核心的示范性教育和家校社并进、"五育"并举的一体化教育。
Theoretical Logic and Practical Path of Vocational Enlightenment Education
Vocational enlightenment education is a comprehensive and systematic project.Due to ex-ternal factors such as a society that prioritizes intelligence over labor,a school education environment that is disconnected from reality,and internal factors such as the non-survival growth demands of young people,online learning habits,and diverse value choices,vocational enlightenment education has not met expecta-tions.To overcome the dilemma of vocational enlightenment education,we should follow the theoretical path of prioritizing vocational emotional education,foundational vocational cognitive education,supportive vocational practical education,and ultimate vocational aesthetic education,and promote them scientifically and systematically.At the same time,in educational practice,on the one hand,hierarchical and segmented education with educational content as the core should be implemented,and on the other hand,demonstra-tion education with vocational nature and values as the core,as well as integrated education with the integra-tion of family,school,and society,and the"five educations"should be implemented.
