Skilled Talents Cultivation for the Dual Needs of Service Industry and Career Development:Analysis Based on the Practical Experience of Higher Vocational Education in Germany,Japan and Switzerland
The higher vocational education systems in Germany,Switzerland and Japan are global models for cultivating technical and skilled talents.In order to cultivate high-quality technical skilled tal-ents,higher vocational education in Germany,Switzerland,and Japan focuses on industry development(ID),student career development needs(CD),student career development,shaping student career focus,and pre-paring students for future work and life.In order to achieve the training goals oriented by the demand con-cept,Germany,Switzerland,and Japan have clarified the knowledge and ability standards in the national qualification framework to enhance the professional competence of technical skilled talents.On the training path,Germany,Switzerland,and Japan involve multiple stakeholders from enterprises,industries,and high-er vocational colleges in the process of cultivating technical skilled talents.
