"工人院士"职业成长的机制及其对职业教育的启示——基于对70位中华技能大奖获得者成长经历的分析

高技能人才是推动中华民族伟大复兴进程的中坚力量,"工人院士"的中华技能大奖获得者是高技能人才队伍的典型代表。以70位中华技能大奖获得者为研究对象,深入分析其年龄、行业、工种、工作分布地区和职业成长规律,研究发现高技能人才的职业成长机制可提炼为:职业启蒙是基础、技能报国的使命是动力、技术创新是关键、技能练习是根本、师徒制是载体。基于对中华技能大奖获得者职业成长机制的分析,提出了职业教育培养高技能人才的有效途径,包括多主体协同开展贯通式职业启蒙教育,以构建全链条教育格局;构建完整职业素质教育体系,以强化技能报国信念底蕴;完善创新培养模式,以引导人才掌握技术创新能力;优化校企双元育人机制,以实现产教双方互惠共生;发挥新型师徒制功能,以塑造师徒情感技能新生态。
The Mechanism of Career Growth of'Worker Academician'and Its Enlightenment to Vocational Education——Based on the Analysis of the Growth Experience of 70 Grand Skill Award of China
High-skilled talents are the backbone of the process of promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The winner of the Grand Skill Award of China for"Workers Academician"is a typical representative of high-skilled talents.Taking the 70 Grand Skill Award of China winners as the research ob-ject,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of their age,industry,type of work,work distribution area,and career growth law.It is found that the career growth mechanism of high-skilled talents can be refined as fol-lows:career enlightenment is the foundation,the mission of skills to serve the country is the driving force,technological innovation is the key,skill practice is the fundamental,and mentoring is the carrier.Based on the analysis of the career growth mechanism of the Grand Skill Award of China winners,this paper puts for-ward an effective way for vocational education to cultivate highly high-skilled talents,including multi-agent collaborative development of through-type vocational enlightenment education to build a full-chain education pattern;build a complete vocational quality education system to strengthen the belief of skills to serve the country;improve the innovation training mode to guide talents to master the ability of technologi-cal innovation;optimize the school-enterprise dual education mechanism to achieve a mutually beneficial symbiosis between production and education;give full play to the function of the new mentoring system to shape the new ecology of mentoring emotional skills.
