在嵌入性理论视域下市域产教联合体的建设是以认知的深化促进产教融合效能实现,以结构的明晰推动人才培养合力生成,以资源的融通助力区域经济社会发展,以制度的完善达成组织实体运作通畅。市域产教联合体建设中存在价值观念认同疏离的认知局限,主体定位含混不清的结构壁垒,资源配置形式欠佳的资源损耗,政策规约力不胜任的制度缺漏等困境。市域产教联合体建设可通过引领外部文化与激发内生动力循序渐进的认知嵌入,重塑主体角色与涵养信任机制提质赋能的结构嵌入,扎根地域实际与共建信息平台同向发力的资源嵌入及遵循制度逻辑与培育契约精神相容互适的制度嵌入以优化其路径。
Theoretical Logic,Practical Dilemma and Optimization Path of Municipal Industry-Education Consortium Construction Under the Perspective of the Embeddedness Theory
The construction of municipal industry-education consortium under the perspective of the embeddedness theory is to deepen the cognition to promote the effectiveness of industry-education integra-tion,to clarify the structure to promote the generation of talent cultivation synergy,to optimize the resources to promote the economic and social development of the region,and to improve the system to promote the smooth operation of the organization entity.In the construction of a municipal industry-education consor-tium,there are cognitive limitations in the value orientation identification disconnection,structural barriers of unclear subject positioning,resource allocation form deficiencies leading to resource waste,and institu-tional gaps in policy regulation that are insufficient to cope with the predicaments.Municipal industry-edu-cation consortiums can optimize their construction paths through the cognitive embedding of leading exter-nal culture and stimulating endogenous motivation,the structural embedding of reshaping the role of the subject and nurturing the trust mechanism to improve the quality and empowerment,the resource embed-ding of rooting in the regional actuality and building the information platform in the same direction,and the institutional embedding of following the systemic logic and abiding by the spirit of the contract to optimize their construction paths.
