新发展阶段,老区乡村要激发创新活力、解决发展不协调问题、促进可持续发展、落实文化开放、推动共同富裕,均需要职业教育赋能。基于以上需求逻辑,新发展阶段职业教育赋能革命老区乡村振兴的行动逻辑应遵循以下原则:赋能理念应从被动转为主动创新,赋能对象应从个别扩展到整体,赋能方式应从短期转向可持续发展,赋能过程应从传承迈向开放,赋能价值应从生存提升至发展。基于此逻辑,探寻职业教育赋能老区乡村发展实践路径,即推动要素下乡,赋能老区乡村产业创新;实现跨界协同,统筹老区乡村社会协调发展;坚持绿色理念引导,促进老区乡村生态可持续发展;赋能文化传承创新,推动老区乡村文化开放;推动提质增效,助推老区乡村成果共享,实现共同富裕。
Research on the Action Logic and Practical Path of Vocational Education Empowering Rural Revitalization of Old Revolwtionary base areas Villages in the New Development Stage
In the new development stage,under the guidance of the new development concept,the old areas and villages need to stimulate the vitality of innovation,solve the problem of uncoordinated develop-ment,promote sustainable development,implement cultural opening up,and promote common prosperity,which all require the empowerment of vocational education.Based on the above demands,the action logic of vocational education empowering the rural revitalization of old revolutionary base areas in the new develop-ment stage should adhere to the following principles:the concept of empowering should be transformed from passive to active innovation,the object of empowering should be expanded from individual to whole,the method of empowering should be changed from short-term to sustainable development,the process of em-powering should be changed from heritage to open,the value of empowering should be promoted from surviv-al to development.Based on this logic,explore the practical path of vocational education to empower rural development in old areas,that is,to promote factors to the countryside and empower rural industrial innova-tion in old areas;To realize cross-border coordination and coordinate the coordinated development of rural society in old areas;Adhere to the green concept of guidance,promote the old rural ecological sustainable development;Enable cultural inheritance and innovation,and promote the opening of rural culture in old ar-eas;Promote the improvement of quality and efficiency,promote the sharing of achievements in old areas and villages,and achieve common prosperity.
