职业本科教育生态化体系的基本意涵、生成逻辑、成长机制和优化策略

距2018年首批职业本科大学获得教育部批准设立并进行办学模式改革试点已有6年,职业本科教育已具备一定规模,推动其发展必须打造其生态格局。通过探析生态位、优势种、优势种群与群落等基本要素的成长生境,明晰职业本科教育生态化概念,揭示了职业本科教育生态系统的生成逻辑,重点要突出基于"唯物"的建构思维、基于"行动"的逻辑思维、基于"外铄"的发展思维、基于"内化"的合作思维、基于"习得"的评价思维。在其成长机制建设方面重在稳固成长生境、优化生态要素、做优生态环境、织密生态关系、做强生态成效。其优化策略的选择,需持续夯实理论和实务的生态基础,固牢资源和硬件的生态盾构,扩大技术技能训育的生态种群,优化技能社会建设的生态文化,增强业绩目标落地的生态效益。
The Basic Meaning,Generation Logic,Growth Mechanism,and Optimization Strategy of the Ecological System of Vocational Undergraduate Education
It has been six years since the first batch of vocational undergraduate universities was ap-proved by the Ministry of Education in 2018 to set up and carry out the pilot reform of the school-running mode.It has developed to a certain scale,and to promote its development must build its ecological pattern.By analyzing the growth habitats of basic elements such as ecological niches,dominant species,dominant populations,and communities,the concept of ecologicalization of vocational undergraduate education is clarified,and the generation logic of the ecological system of vocational undergraduate education is re-vealed.The focus should be on construction thinking based on'materialism',logical thinking based on'ac-tion',development thinking based on'externalization',cooperative thinking based on'internalization',and evaluation thinking based on'acquisition'.In the construction of its growth mechanism,it focuses on stabilizing the growth habitat,optimizing the ecological elements,optimizing the ecological environment,densification the ecological relationship,and strengthening the ecological effect.The choice of its optimiza-tion strategy needs to continuously consolidate the ecological foundation of theory and practice,strengthen the ecological shield of resources and hardware,expand the ecological population of technical skills train-ing,optimize the ecological culture of skill society construction,and enhance the ecological benefits of per-formance goals.
