The Alienation Dilemma and Integration Strategy of Vocational Education Teachers'Enterprise Practice——The Perspective of Integration Theory
The enterprise practice of vocational education teachers has become an important form and effective measure to improve teachers'practical teaching ability and promote professional development. However, there is still a dilemma of identity conflict between school and enterprise roles. The process of identity integration in teacher enterprise practice involves not only individual psychological factors and group psychological factors but also external factors such as schools, enterprises, and governments,as well as the coordination mechanism between them and the system and environment. The psychological construc-tion of teachers is the starting point of identity integration, the inclusion of a group environment is the foun-dation of teacher identity integration, and the superposition of multiple identities is the normal state of teacher identity integration. To solve the problems of self-identity disorder and poor multi-party interaction in the teachers'enterprise,it is necessary to awaken positive psychological capital, promote teachers'self-identity,and build a practice community of"teacher community+school+enterprise"to enhance the ef-fect of group collaborative practice.
