Comparative Study on Anti-inflammatory and Anti-asthmatic Effects of Feire Qingjie Oral Liquid(肺热清解口服液)and It's Flavonoids
Objective:To compare the anti-inflammatory and anti-asthmatic effects of Feire Qingjie Oral Liquid(FOL) and it's flavonoids(Fla),provide a scientific basis for further development and application of the preparation.Methods:Through the experiments of mice foot swelling caused by egg white,mice increased peritoneal capillary permeability by ice-acetic acid and cotton-pellet granulomatous hyperplasia,comparing the anti-inflammatory effect in FOL and Fla.By histamine phosphate spray to induce guinea pig asthma model,comparing the anti-asthmatic effect of FOL and Fla.Results:FOL and Fla have anti-inflammatory effect (P ＜ 0.05) ;the medium and high dose of FOL have anti-asthmatic effect (P ＜ 0.05),but Fla has no significant anti -asthmatic effect (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:FOL have anti-inflammatory and anti-asthmatic effects,Fla has anti-inflammatory effect,but has no significant anti-asthmatic effect.
