Research on Relationship Between Five Yun and Six Qi and the Pathogenesis Characteristics of Primary Sj?gren's Syndrome and Its Syndromes of TCM
Objective:To explore the relationship between Five Yun and Six Qi of birth and TCM syndromes and system damage involved in primary Sjögren's Syndrome(pSS).Methods:The retrospective study method was used to collect the patients with pSS from the outpatient department and inpatient department from January 2020 to December 2021,collected the information of Yun-Qi of birth,counted the frequency of the Yun and Qi,analyzed the system damage involved in the onset and TCM syndromes of pSS related to the Yun-Qi factors,summarized and discussed them with the theory of TCM.Results:"Lack of soil"was the predisposing factor of pSS patients.The predisposing factors of pSS with Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome were"Taiyin-sitian,Taiyang-zaiquan","Jueyin-sitian,Shaoyang-zaiquan"and"Lack of soil".The predisposing factors of pSS with Yin deficiency and depletion of fluid syndrome were"Lack of soil","Superabundance of wood","Superabundance of gold","Superabundance of water","Lack of water",and"Shaoyin-sitian,Yangming-zaiquan","Shaoyang-sitian,Jueyin-zaiquan".The predisposing factors of pSS with Yin deficiency heat toxin syndrome were"Su-perabundance of fire",and"Shaoyin-sitian,Yangming-zaiquan","Taiyin-sitian,Taiyang-zaiquan".The predisposing factors of pSS with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were"Superabundance of wood","Lack of gold","Lack of wood",and"Jueyin-sitian,Shaoyang-zaiquan".The predisposing factors of pSS pa-tients'joint involvement were"Lack of soil","Lack of gold",and"Taiyin-sitian,Taiyang-zaiquan".The pre-disposing factors for lung involvement in pSS patients were"Lack of soil","Lack of gold".The predisposing fac-tors for the blood system involvement of pSS patients were"Superabundance of fire","Superabundance of soil","Lack of soil",and"Jueyin-sitian,Shaoyang-zaiquan".Conclusion:The characteristics of primary Sjögren's Syndrome and its TCM Syndromes were related to the Five Yun and Six Qi.
