Study on TCM Syndromes of Cervical Human Papillomavirus Infection in Harbin Area
Objective:To analyze the infection status,infection types and TCM syndromes distribution of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)in women of different ages in Harbin area,To provide clinical ba-sis for the treatment of HPV infection in this area.Methods:Cervical HR-HPV infected patients treated in Hei-longjiang Academy of Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2023 were collected,Retrospective analysis of 991 cases of HPV infection and TCM syndromes distribution.Results:The proportion of high-risk HPV infection in 31~40 years old was the highest,accounting for 33.5%,and single infection was the main infection.The syndrome of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency was the most common in the patients with HR-HPV infec-tion,accounting for 26.7%,followed by the syndrome of damp-heat pouring down,accounting for 25.0%.In the age group of 21~30 years old,the syndrome of dampness-heat is the most,in the age group of 31~40 years old and 41~50 years old,the syndrome of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency was the most,and the proportion of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency in the age group of 50 years old was close to that of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency.Liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome were the most common in single HR-HPV infection,and qi-stagnation and blood stasis were the most common in double or above infection.Conclusion:Female HR-HPV infection in Har-bin area is mainly single type,and liver stagnation and spleen deficiency is the predisposition of cervical high-risk HPV infection.
